Wicked Halloween

I felt like water coloring after a busy day at work, calms me down!  The little girl image was water colored using a blender pen.  Once she was colored I cut out a 2 inch circle for the moon and attached it with some temporary adhesive.  I also stamped the girl image and cut her out to cover her up while I was sponging.  The first layer is Daffodil Delight, then Pumpkin Pie, Elegant Eggplant and Certainly Celery for the grass.  The last color was sponged in Early Espresso.  This was all done with sponge daubers as I feel I have a little more control with them.  The moon was lightly sponged with Daffodil Delight.  Stamped the spider web with Sahara Sand, sentiment in Black Stazon and sponged the edge with Elegant Eggplant, added a layer of Pumpkin Pie and popped that up on a dimensional.

Fall Flowers Birthday Card

I finally broke out the Orchard Harvest DSP!  I needed to make a card for a friend at work.  The flowers are stamped in More Mustard and stamped again with Cajun Craze.  The lighter shaded flower was stamped off once to achieve this look.  The leaves were stamped in Lucky Limeade, stamped off once for the body of the leaf and then stamped again with full load of Lucky Limeade.
I had to add a little bling, so I put some Dazzling Details in the center of the flowers.

Stippled Triple Time

I made this card with my friend in mind as she likes the color orange and shades thereof.  The large flower was stamped with Pumpkin Pie and Cajun Craze.  The other flowers in the opposite corners are also stamped in Cajun Craze stamped off twice before stamping onto Very Vanilla.  The smaller flowers were done in Pumpkin Pie stamped off once then stamped.  The flourish was stamped in Crumb Cake stamped off once before stamping.  The butterfly was sprayed with Champagne Mist shimmer paint mixed with rubbing alcohol for a little shimmer and some linen thread for the body.  I have to say I'm not much of an orange person, but I really liked how this turned out.

Decorated Christmas Tree

This tree was in need of some decorations!  I Stamped the tree in Gumball Green and then embossed it with Iridescent Ice embossing powder.  Added some brads and a Silver glimmer paper star.  The other dots on the tree were dotted with some Dazzling Details.  The Very Vanilla card stock behind the tree was sponged with Crumb Cake using a sponge dauber, to keep the edge light, I left it in the framelit to sponge.

Elegant Cup of Cheer

Wow, I did not know it would be so difficult to photograph embossed gold!  This is about the best I could get, sorry.

I wanted an elegant looking card and I really love the Mug in the Scentsational Season stamp set so I thought I would just go with white and gold.  The 4" x 51/4" back panel was embossed first then sprayed with Champagne Mist shimmer paint mixed with rubbing alcohol, love how that paint sparkles.  The two mugs to the left of the card are glued down and the one to the right is popped up on dimensionals.  A little pearl in the middle of snowflake for an added touch.

Shimmery Candy Canes

I waned some Candy Canes with sparkle, so I cut out two canes, one using Silver and the other Red Shimmer paper.  I also cut two canes in whisper white card stock for the bases.  I put the red and silver on top of each other and then cut them diagonal and glued them to the bases alternating red and silver.  Love the sparkle and much easier, less mess than regular glitter!

Stylin' Snowman

I love Snow Men & Women!  If you could only see this card in real life, oh the sparkle and shimmer!  The DSP was sprayed with Champagne Shimmer paint mixed with rubbing alcohol.  Then a layer of silver glimmer paper.  The snowman was painted by using Craft White refill mixed with a little water.  Too much water and the paper will warp.  Did some fussy cutting on his hat and tie, but I wanted to pop them up.  The snowflakes are stamped with Frost White shimmer paint.  The little dots are actually one of the eye sets in the Stylin' Snowfolk set stamped in Whisper White Craft then used the 2-way Glue Pen and added Dazzling Diamonds Glitter!  Sponged some Whisper White Craft around the Decorative Label to make it stand out a bit.

Thanks for stopping by and many blessings,
Cindy

Christmas Cheer

I am really in love with the Scentsational Season stamp set, so versatile.  Using the new Stampin' Up! ink pads made it very easy to emboss as they do not dry as quickly.  I stamped with Cherry Cobbler & Gumball Green and immediately applied clear embossing powder and used the new SU Heat Tool.  I wanted to make the mugs look somewhat shiny.  The peppermint stick is actually the candy cane in the stamp set, I just turned it upside down and trimmed it close to the edge.  Added some bling with Dazzling Details and Rhinestones.

3x3 Christmas Notecard

I had a few scraps laying around from other projects so I thought I would make use of them!  I really like the new Holiday Collection Framelits, not only that, it has a matching stamp set.  Popped the Tree up on some dimensionals for a little depth and added the sentiment.  Quick and easy.
