I have a very wonderful friend who is a Gyne Oncology Nurse and I make cards for her Doctor to send to the patients family. Anniversary Card

I made this card for a girl at work who needed an Anniversary card for her parents. Taking the photo was a bit challenging trying to get the right angle in order to see the Baroque Motif's embossing behind the heart. This look was achieved by stamping image in Craft White and then clear embossing. The heart was stamped on Vellum with versamark and embossed with Silver embossing powder. I turned it over and used SU Markers to color it to give it the stained glass look. This card looked so much better in real life!

Stamps: Always, Together Forever, Priceless, Baroque Motifs
Ink: Craft White, Regal Rose, Pretty in Pink, Versamark
Markers: Pixie Pink, Green Galore, Pretty in Pink, YoYo Yellow
Paper: Shimmery White, Blush Blossom, Vellum
Accessories: Clear & Silver EP, Heat Tool, Large Oval Punch, Pretties Kit Pearls.

KWERNER Color Inspiration #40

Click the KWERNER photo to get to her blog!
I am so ready for spring! I have never used this color combo and this is what I came up with.
I embossed the Old Olive with a CB Folder using my Big Shot. I used Versamark to stamp the butterflies on the So Saffron. The Ric Rac was made with the Eyelet Border punch. I thought
these colors made a great spring card.
Stamps: Flight of the Butterfly
Ink: Versamark, So Saffron, Taken with Teal
Paper: More Mustard, So Saffron, Taken with Teal, Old Olive, Whisper White
Accessories: Ticket Corner punch, Eyelet Border punch, CB Embossing Folder, Big Shot, Stamp-A-Ma-Jig

Bloggers Challenge from Stacey!

The challenge: go to the 6th file on your computer and find the 6th photo!
Well, here it is! Please go visit Stacey at Stacey's Stampin' Stage
You'll love her blog! This is a 3x3 card that I made sometime last year using the chalkboard technique. I can't remember the name of the stamp set as it retired :-(

Elegant Thank You

This was a quick and easy 3" x 6" Thank you card using the Raspberry Tart DSP and making Ric Rac with my scallop edge punch. If you stamp the Thank you with the swirl in the corner, this goes great with the square scallop punch!

Stamps: Elegant Thank You & Sweet Stems
Ink: Kiwi Kiss, Rose Red
Paper: Kiwi Kiss, Rose Red, Whisper White, Raspberry Tart DSP
Accessories: Scallop Edge Punch, Scallop Square Punch, Corner Rounder.
